Club Director’s Reports:

Gene Melchers reported for Charlene Melchers that they are working on the Sheriff’s Appreciation Dinner.  The current date of the dinner conflicts with RYLA Camp.  Gene has obtained the raffle prizes for the dinner.

Don Ryan reported that he and Vickie Ryan are working the Yellen School project.  The auction this year will be Hey Day in May since the Club could not get the desired Sunday at the Country Club.

Old Business:

Chuck Church presented a proposal from Mental Health America (MHA) requesting a $750 donation from the club either in money or goods.  A motion was made and seconded to approve the donation.  During discussion it was determined that it would be easier to donate funds rather than goods.  The motion was approved.  Chuck also provided receipts for the Children’s Shopping Spree to Tina Borzage.  The Board authorized reimbursement for the expenses.

Don Ryan is still working on the Bubble Party project.

Sharon Freeman mentioned that badges had been ordered for eleven active Club Members.  Sharon and Chuck will coordinate with Wayne Munney at Palmdale Trophy to pick up the badges.

Sharon Freeman reported on the status of the Children Christmas Shopping Spree.  We have two gift cards that were blank.  Sharon will replace them and get the new cards to the kids.  Chuck Church will take the blank cards to Walmart for replacement and get the replacement card to Sharon.
