MEETING RECAP 10/19/16

The Rotary Club of Palmdale conducted their weekly meeting at Sizzler Restaurant in Palmdale on 19 October 2016. The meeting was called to order by President Chuck Church at 6:35 PM. Members in attendance were: Sharon Freeman, Tina Borzage, Sam Garcia, Janice Garcia, David Maddock, Brandon Youngblood, Lori Troise, and Yolanda Risch. Everyone enjoyed dinner. The formal meeting began at 6:50.

There were no guests at the meeting this month. The Club reviewed the initial financials of the Oktoberfest. The club is projecting to clear in excess of $3,500 for the event. Remaining drink items (wine, beer and soda) were divided up among the Club members. Club members paid the market value of the drinks. Final details will be made available in the Treasurer’s report at the Board meeting in November.
