Meeting Recap 03/07/18
The Rotary Club of Palmdale conducted their monthly Board meeting at the Palmdale Chamber of Commerce Board Room in Palmdale on 7 March 2018. Full details of the meeting will be presented at next month’s Board meeting when the minutes are read and approved. The meeting was called to order by President Sam Garcia at 6:55 PM. Members in attendance were: David Maddock, Chuck Church, Janice Garcia, Holly Liebenow, Sharon Freeman, Roseanna Budd, Tina Borzage and Sam Garcia. The formal meeting began at 7:00 PM.
Secretary Janice Garcia read the Minutes from the February meeting. The Minutes were approved.
Tina Borzage presented the February Treasurer’s Report for Tina Borzage. The report was approved.
President Sam Garcia briefly discussed the weekly emails that he had received from Rotary in the last seven days.
The Club is covered for students to attend RYLA Camp. Sharon Freeman will remain in touch with Barbara Frazier to ensure that we are all coordinated for the camp weekend.
Old Business:
The upcoming Spring Blowout Sale at 4 Points is set for April 15th. Although several
members will be out of pocket over the next few weeks, we are still planning to drop
off items on Saturday and sell on Sunday.
