It was discussed that the new combined Club should consider purchasing a laptop for the Treasurer to maintain Club finances.  It was also discussed that the Club should strongly consider using QuickBooks to keep our records since the Club will be larger in size.  It was also decided to look into moving the bank accounts to Mission Bank.  Gene Melchers will take the lead on obtaining details on the possible move to Mission Bank.

The Bobby Oh concert is coming up on May 26, 2019 at the Littlerock Grange from 1 to 5 PM.  Everyone should try to support this effort if possible.

Sharon Freeman recommended that the Club start working on the dates for Oktoberfest.  Mid to late September was suggested.  Sharon will reach out to Tony from the band to see what dates they have available.  Then we have to coordinate with Frances Lane to reserve Lane Ranch for the event.
