The Rotary Club of Antelope Valley hosted its 12th Annual Oktoberfest at Hacienda Lane Ranch in Palmdale on October 15, 2022. Over 90 Rotarians, friends and guests attended the event and enjoyed the food, drink, music, fun, and raffles. Frances Lane once again graciously hosted the Oktoberfest at her beautiful ranch style home.
Anton Schnitzel and the Merry Makers as always provided the entertainment. All the traditional polka songs and Oktoberfest music was enjoyed as well as requests from the audience. Food included Bratwurst, German potato salad, sauerkraut, red cabbage, and of course German Chocolate Cake for dessert. German Beer was available as well as wine, soft drinks, water and coffee.
The Lancaster High School Interact Club Members provided additional help by selling raffle tickets and distributing raffle baskets to the winning ticket holders. The weather was perfect for the event. It was a great afternoon of food, drinks, and fun. The pictures always tell the real story. A great time was had by all that attended.
