Due to a shortage of warm clothes for children in the Keppel Union School District public school in the unincorporated area in Los Angeles County, the Rotary Club of Antelope Valley has undertaken the task of purchasing warm jackets in various sizes and colors for both boys and girls in the district.
On December 19th, several cases of jackets were delivered to the school district for distribution by the school staff to needy boys and girls in all grade levels. This was a very rewarding project and was very necessary to provide warm jackets to the students as needed.
